Shipping Policy

At Maali Performance, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • In-Stock Items: Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days, excluding major holidays. Please allow additional time during peak holiday seasons.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is not currently in stock, it will be available for backorder. We do our best to display estimated lead times based on each brand. However, certain products may experience longer delays depending on manufacturer availability.

    Once we receive an estimated arrival date from the manufacturer, we will update you via email.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Helmets and apparel must be brand new, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things change, and we try to be as flexible as possible.

  • Backordered items can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped from the manufacturer or distributor.

  • If the item has already shipped to our facility, cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and shipping costs.
